There is fog in most areas of Beijing this morning and visibility is poor. It will rain and cool down tomorrow.

In a recent report from China Weather Network, it was observed that this morning, October 25th, fog disrupted visibility in many areas of Beijing, particularly in the southeastern regions where visibility dropped below 500 meters. Although visibility is expected to improve during the day, conditions will worsen again tonight with the possibility of light fog or mist. In the coming days, a cold front will bring rain and cooler temperatures, so residents are advised to take precautions against the rain and stay warm when going out.

Yesterday in Beijing, the weather was mostly sunny, and the afternoon was pleasantly comfortable. However, as night fell and humidity increased, visibility gradually declined. Monitoring data showed that between 5 a.m. and 6 a.m. today, light fog affected most areas, resulting in visibility ranging from 1 to 3 kilometers, with dense fog reported in the southeastern sections.

According to forecasts from the Beijing Meteorological Observatory, today will remain mostly sunny with some clouds. Morning conditions will include light fog or mist, and winds will change from north to south at speeds of 2 to 3 levels, with a maximum temperature reaching 20°C. Tonight, the weather will shift to partly cloudy with lingering fog, and light rain is expected in mountain areas. Winds will switch from south to north at a lower intensity, with a minimum temperature of 10°C.

As a result of a weak cold front, tomorrow will see more sunshine but also light rain, bringing the high temperature down slightly to 17°C. Fortunately, clear skies are expected to return the day after tomorrow.

Meteorology experts are urging the public to be cautious while driving this morning due to the poor visibility. With rain and a drop in temperature expected tomorrow, residents should carry umbrellas and dress warmly when heading outside.
