In a recent lawsuit, 25-year-old model Maya Willow Sias has leveled serious allegations against her former boyfriend, Dr. Ammar Mahmoud, a well-known plastic surgeon based in New York. Sias claims that during their nine-month relationship, Mahmoud subjected her to physical violence, sexual abuse, and coercion, essentially treating her like a “sex slave.” She is seeking $10 million in damages.
According to a report from the New York Post, Sias, who has graced the covers of popular men’s magazines such as Maxim in the U.S., the U.K., and Russia, alleges that Mahmoud began abusing her shortly after they met at a yacht party in Miami in April 2023.
Sias describes a rapidly escalating pattern of abuse. Despite her initial rejection of his requests for threesomes, Mahmoud reportedly used drugs, including anesthetics and hallucinogens, to incapacitate her and force her into sexual acts. There were even claims that he would bring in prostitutes to participate. In one disturbing incident following an argument, Mahmoud allegedly beat Sias so severely that he fractured her eye socket. He then took her to his clinic, where he performed a cosmetic procedure on her without anesthesia to cover up the injuries.
In an exclusive interview with the New York Post, Sias recounted a particularly harrowing experience: “He injected my face, and I felt the needle scraping against my bones.” She described this period as akin to torture. The lawsuit asserts that Mahmoud exploited his medical credentials to manipulate Sias into taking antidepressants and ketamine, maintaining her in a subservient state.
The lawsuit includes photographic evidence, with Sias providing multiple images showing bruises and scars from the alleged beatings. She expressed the profound psychological and physical toll the ordeal took on her and stated that she was only able to escape Mahmoud’s grip when she left for work in California. However, she admits to still suffering from the trauma.
Additionally, Mahmoud has faced similar allegations from his ex-wife, who filed a lawsuit in 2014 claiming she was also a victim of his abuse and sexual violence during their marriage. Mahmoud has denied all allegations, claiming they are out of character for him. The case is currently under judicial consideration.
