-Fulou Monkey- IP helps promote tourism in Chaozhou, the hometown of overseas Chinese in the East

During the 2024 National Day holiday, visitors flocking to the ancient city walls and Zhenhai Tower in Chaozhou, a city renowned as a hub for overseas Chinese, found themselves enchanted by the lively presence of the “Fulo Monkey.”

On October 1st, attendees of the colorful Fulo Monkey inflatable parade were drawn in by the festive spirit. Outside Guangji Tower, lively performances, including a spirited fish dance, added to the excitement of the event. The Fulo Monkey gracefully floated along the banks of the Han River, while in front of Zhenhai Tower, traditional dragon and lion dances energized the atmosphere, with dancers showcasing their powerful, rhythmic moves. The ancient city walls, embellished with sculptures of the Fulo Monkey engaged in traditional dance, quickly became a favorite spot for visitors to snap pictures and create lasting memories.

As part of the National Day celebrations, the Fulo Monkey parade, along with vibrant fish dance performances, attracted even more tourists near Guangji Bridge. These festivities beautifully blended tradition with modernity, inviting guests from various backgrounds to delve into the rich cultural tapestry of Chaozhou.

This year’s major cultural and tourism event, aptly titled “Wishes Come True, Meet the Fulo Monkey,” spotlights the Fulo Monkey as a cultural icon for Chaozhou and offers visitors an immersive experience.
