**Brooklyn Book Festival Children’s Day**
Launched in 2006, the Brooklyn Book Festival has become one of New York’s largest free cultural events. This year’s festival runs from now until September 30, spanning eight days with approximately 250 participating publishers and over 300 authors engaging with readers. Special events will take place on September 28 (Saturday) and September 29 (Sunday), dedicated to Children’s Day and Celebration Day, respectively. Children’s Day on the 28th, running from 10 AM to 4 PM, will feature 28 children’s literature authors from around the globe sharing their works and insights. **Atlantic Antic**
The 49th Atlantic Antic will take place on September 29 (Sunday) along Atlantic Avenue, near downtown Brooklyn. **Saturday Science: Sensing Climate Change**
During the New York Climate Week, the Zuckerman Institute at Columbia University will host a free science outreach event titled “Saturday Science,” focusing on “Sensing Climate Change” on September 28 (Saturday).
