Amidst an evening of glamour and celebration, PWAN Champion, a subsidiary of Nigeria’s leading real estate firm PWAN Group, proudly celebrated its third anniversary with the “Champions Nite 3.0 Celebration & Awards Nite” at the Monarch Event Centre in Lekki, Lagos. The event drew an impressive crowd of over 1,500 guests, all there to honor the remarkable achievements of the company.

Among the distinguished attendees were PWAN Group founders, Dr. Augustine and Dr. Jayne Onwumere, alongside influential figures such as Dr. Benedict Abudu Ibhadon, Managing Director of PWAN Champion; Dr. Michael Akhuetie, Managing Director of PWAN PRO and Chairman of PWAN Champion; Dr. Ezekiel Oshobi, Managing Director of Regal; and entertainment luminaries like Bob-Manuel Udokwu, famous for Guilder Ultimate Search. Comedians Gbogbo J, Oga John Bosco, DJ Gbese, and Action Comedian provided lively entertainment that kept the mood upbeat throughout the night.

Dr. Augustine Onwumere took the stage to share his amazement at the extraordinary speed of PWAN Champion’s success, describing it as “unprecedented, unbelievable, and shocking.” He reminisced about the company’s growth journey, stating, “Sometimes, I pinch myself, wondering what’s happening. This level of growth is rare globally. It’s clear that divine favor is on our side.” He confidently looked forward to an even brighter future, projecting a vision of PWAN establishing a global presence with 3,000 affiliates. “Soon, PWAN will be a household name across the globe,” he said, envisioning every family connected to real estate through PWAN.

Expressing gratitude to the founders, Dr. Benedict Abudu Ibhadon shared his excitement about the future, calling the anniversary “the beginning of great things to come.” He noted that PWAN Champion is entering a lucrative phase, highlighting their impressive sales figures, new hires, and branch expansions. “We’ve achieved billions in sales, launched 15 estates, and welcomed 11 new staff members. This year, we are determined to stand out as the best in the group,” Dr. Abudu asserted confidently.

Dr. Michael Akhuetie praised Dr. Abudu’s leadership, linking the company’s significant sales successes and the empowerment of many individuals to his guidance. Looking back on their long-standing partnership, he remarked on Dr. Abudu’s rapid rise through the ranks, which included winning luxury cars thanks to the PWAN model. “This journey has been fantastic. PWAN Champion has set the standard, and we’re just getting started,” he said, eagerly anticipating further growth for the brand.

Looking ahead, Dr. Akhuetie shared ambitious goals for PWAN Champion. “In the next 5-10 years, we’ll be recognized worldwide. We’ve done so much in just three years; imagine what we can accomplish in five! Next year, we’re taking Champions Nite 4.0 to Dubai, and we’ll be featured in a CNN interview!” he exclaimed, visibly excited.

The event also spotlighted the transformative impact of PWAN on its Business Owners (PBOs), who shared their inspiring testimonials. Matthew Audu, the top salesperson in 2021, attributed his success to Dr. Abudu’s mentorship, while Barr. E. Valentina expressed gratitude for the opportunities provided. “I’ve acquired properties across Nigeria without spending my own money. My success story belongs to Dr. Benedict,” she shared.

A highlight of the evening came as ten fortunate attendees walked away with brand new cars, with Mr. Peter from BDE Abuja driving off in style. Others received cash prizes, company shares, and various rewards. Dr. Jayne Onwumere dedicated her car gift to all women, stressing the importance of empowerment in achieving success.

In closing, Dr. Abudu motivated guests to tackle challenges head-on and strive for higher sales figures. “If you’re not making sales, it indicates you’re not on the right path. Don’t give up. Our mission is to invest in people, and today, we’ve added 10 more car winners to the 50 we’ve already honored,” he emphasized, reinforcing the company’s commitment to recognizing excellence.
